Niall Molloy
Managing Director
Niall is the main principal of Aldgate Developments and is responsible for the strategic direction of the business as well as taking a “hands-on” role in all aspects of property selection, assessment and delivery. Niall is highly experienced in property development activities with c. 18 years experience in the Irish, UK and Middle Eastern markets. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained and worked with Andersen, and has a strong background in banking and finance.
Oisin Quinn
Operations Director
Oisin, a qualified Chartered Accountant by background, has a long and well established track record in corporate finance and real estate. Oisin is centrally involved in the financing and overall management of the Aldgate Developments business.
Paul Molloy
Leasing Director
Paul has 17 years experience in managing property marketing and sales campaigns in the Irish and UK commercial and residential markets. Prior to this, he held a number of marketing and sales positions in several blue chip companies (Ernst & Young, Bank of Ireland), in addition to a smaller marketing consultancy. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, but doesn’t readily admit it! Paul fronts tenant leasing discussions and heads up marketing campaigns for Aldgate Developments.
Dave Molloy
Projects Director - Dublin Office
Dave has over 10 years experience within commercial and residential development finance roles both in Ireland and Australia. A qualified chartered accountant, he trained with PwC before spending 7 years in Sydney working with Aveo Property Group and ING Real Estate. Dave manages the Irish projects of Aldgate Developments.
Mark Kearney
Investment Analyst
Mark is involved in project financing, transaction support and investor relations. His background is in corporate finance transactions and credit risk. Mark has extensive experience of the London development market from working for investors and real estate advisors and a particular passion for office development.
