We are the owner/developer of three major office schemes in Central London: Aldgate Tower and One Braham in Aldgate, London E1, which together total over 635,000 sq ft (net) of current and future office space; and 21 Lime St, a 35,000 sq ft prime office and retail scheme at the entrance to The Leadenhall Market, in the heart of The City of London’s Insurance District. In addition, we have two world-class office developments underway in Sandyford, Dublin, totalling 612,000 sq ft.
